Refund Policy
At Prime Plus Medical Supplies Limited, we take pride in delivering quality medical supplies.
Eligibility for Refunds/Returns:
- Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used medical consumables (e.g., gloves, masks, syringes).
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund once the claim is verified.
Process:
- Contact our Customer Service team by email or phone to initiate the return/refund request.
- Provide your order number, details of the item(s), and the reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if eligible.
- Carefully re-pack the item(s) in their original packaging and include a copy of the invoice or proof of purchase.
- Ship the package to the return address provided by our Customer Service team.
- Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement within 7–10 business days.
