Refund Policy

 

At Prime Plus Medical Supplies Limited, we take pride in delivering quality medical supplies.

Eligibility for Refunds/Returns:

  • Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used medical consumables (e.g., gloves, masks, syringes).

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund once the claim is verified.

Process:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team by email or phone to initiate the return/refund request.
  2. Provide your order number, details of the item(s), and the reason for return.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if eligible.
  4. Carefully re-pack the item(s) in their original packaging and include a copy of the invoice or proof of purchase.
  5. Ship the package to the return address provided by our Customer Service team.
  6. Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement within 7–10 business days.
